About Fram Energy

Fram Energy builds specialized billing software for multi tenant solar and energy storage projects, solving one of the most stubborn problems in clean energy adoption.

When landlords install solar but tenants receive the savings, landlords have no incentive to invest. Fram fixes this: we calculate solar savings and pass them directly to tenants at a discount to grid rates, generating real revenue for property owners while reducing energy costs for residents.

We launched in 2023 and now process 4,000+ bills per month across California, Hawaii, and beyond with many more coming online soon! We have a great track record of executing: in three years we have never lost a customer.

The Role

We're looking for a founding account manager to own the operational and stakeholder side of our growing portfolio of renewable energy projects in California, Hawaii, and beyond.

One of Fram's most valuable assets is our reputation: we always deliver what we promise. Your mission is to protect and extend that reputation, making sure every property manager, resident, and partner feels like we're the best partner they've ever worked with.

This is not a traditional account management role. You'll act as the quarterback across property managers, partners, and the Fram team, owning communication, education, execution, and problem-solving end-to-end.
